The Apostle Paul wants you to enjoy being an intimate son of God rather than a slave to legalism. “Because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, ‘Abba! Father!’ Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God” (Gal 4:6-7). You have been born anew and have become a new person. “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come” (2 Co 5:17). Do not brag, but enjoy Jesus and His moment-by-moment indwelling life and leading.
