The Apostle Paul is in prison for the sake of the Gospel and this is his earnest plea for you. “Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love”(Eph 4:1-3). Your biblical calling is not vocational, but it is an invitation by Jesus to be exclusively His. This calling should not promote your fleshly pride, but express humble appreciation for Christ’s grace toward you and all other Christians.
