The Apostle Paul was a man of faith as he speaks confidently to the Colossians, “For even though I am absent in body, nevertheless I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good discipline and the stability of your faith in Christ” (Col 2:5). Paul’s faith was primarily in the Lord Jesus Christ and His faithfulness to protect His Own. “Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass” (1 Th 5:24). He remains faithful to us also no matter our circumstances, so we should be encouraged.
