This message “which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which I, Paul, was made a minister” (Col 1:23) is the same Gospel that you enjoy. Please note that this is not a local message, but it is universal! Since it is universal you may share it where ever you go. Jesus said, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Mat 28:19-20). Let us in our going go and do likewise.
